Hi, I'm Quantum Richardson, founder of QED Services.I got into e-bikes because I wanted a cleaner, more enjoyable alternative to driving. After building four e-bikes of my own, I realized that finding someone who truly understood the electrical side of e-bikes was surprisingly difficult.To better understand every part of the bike, I trained in bicycle mechanics at Second Cycle Community Bike Shop. I later earned an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics, combining hands-on bike experience with formal electronics training.Today, I specialize in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing the electrical systems that many shops won't or can't service. My goal is simple: keep riders on the road and bikes out of landfills.
